I was hired at Cordial as the only technical writer, then I was promoted to Product Writing Lead. In addition to handling Cordial’s technical documentation, I created in-app learning experiences and ensured that our UX writing was clean, concise, and helpful. I also created videos and infographics for visual learners.

Resource Center

I built and launched an in-app Resource Center to host learning resources and give clients a direct way to provide feedback. The Resource Center includes onboarding videos, walkthrough guides, and a feature request form.
